Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam (ook wat betreft het verlenen van extra service zoals een taxi bellen, of uitleggen hoe het openbaar vervoer werkt etc.). Its a noce hotel that is quiet with very efficient help. I will return to Arte and would recomend it to anyone looking for a central location in Sofia - The hotel is very charming and all in good taste and artistic. There's an excellent benefit-cost for it.

  I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

  It was my first stay in Sofia and I booked this hotel because of the economic rate. They obviously gave me the biggest room available. The ladies at the reception are very friendly and helpful. You can book a kind of standard breakfast for 3 Euros. They even adjusted my breakfast according to my preferences.
