Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam (ook wat betreft het verlenen van extra service zoals een taxi bellen, of uitleggen hoe het openbaar vervoer werkt etc.). Gratis draadloos internet op de kamer was ook prettig. De ligging van het hotel is perfect, midden in het centrum. Its a noce hotel that is quiet with very efficient help. I will return to Arte and would recomend it to anyone looking for a central location in Sofia - The hotel is very charming and all in good taste and artistic. There's an excellent benefit-cost for it.

  I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. We have stayed a short time in the building and unfortunately we didn't have time to look around (we have been especially interested in fitness ) but we have only comp... wat mensen zeggen » liments. - What was there not to like about this place? Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.
