Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam (ook wat betreft het verlenen van extra service zoals een taxi bellen, of uitleggen hoe het openbaar vervoer werkt etc.). Its a noce hotel that is quiet with very efficient help. I will return to Arte and would recomend it to anyone looking for a central location in Sofia - The hotel is very charming and all in good taste and artistic. There's an excellent benefit-cost for it.

  I have alot of experience with travelling and different type of hotels, including very luxury. Sheraton Sofia Balkan Hotel justified my expectations as classic, shic, elegant hotel. We have stayed a short time in the building and unfortunately we didn't have time to look around (we have been especially interested in fitness ) but we have only comp... wat mensen zeggen » liments. - What was there not to like about this place? Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern. I love this place and will definitely be back.

  The apartment was really nice, modern and well equipped. Really good location and extremely nice lay out and quality of construction. Even useful bits of food were left as a starter, a really good idea. The staff were obliging and helpful.   Een bijzonder service georiënteerd hotel. Nog nooit ( zelfs in Azië niet ) zulke vriendelijke, jonge medewerkers ontmoet. Regelden voor mij een prive tour met een student als gids/chauffeur. Werkelijk perfect en dat alles tegen hele nette prijzen. - Uitstekende en vriendelijke service en prachtige kamer

  This is a nice place to stay. Free and fast Wifi. Walking distance to the centre. Mall of Sofia 10 minute walk. Supermarkets and restaurants a short walk. Load of laundry is 3 euro. Private parking in the next street for 5 euro per day. There is no free public parking. Big clean room but tiny bathroom. Air-con costs an extra 1 euro per day. - The... wat mensen zeggen » location was excellent. The owner visited and gave us quite a bit of information. Gery who lives at Hotel Sofia Guesthouse speaks some English and she made coffee and tea for us each morning. She washed our clothes too (3 euros a load ). The kitchen is great though not many utensils. Great room ... everything very clean.
