The staff at the reception and in the restaurant was very frindly and helpful, the chef great, Belgian beer had the right temperature, the breakfest next morning delicious.   Staying at this hotel was a very good surprise. The rooms are in excellent condition, very well equipped and functional. Mine was quite large, with a sofa and a desk as well. The bathroom was spotless and looked like new. The staff was friendly. There were several options for breakfast (in my case included in the price). The rooms are tidy and clean. It is super-close to the NDK (the national palace of culture) and to some very good restaurants, so it's a perfect venue if you are traveling for a conference.
