Very good for its price. Nice hospitable barkeepers, clean, large enough rooms. Suites with two separate bedrooms would be great for family with children.
It isn't located near the slope but main gondola lift is about 300 meters, and main slopes about 7-10 minutes walking. Because of this it's much more quiet than other hotels but still very close

Hotel Ela is ideally located close to the Gondola lift and the village centre. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was included which gave a great start to the day. Could not fault hotel at all.

Location was fantastic, immediately next to one of the chairlifts so
ski-in-ski-out but only for part of the resort. Borovets is divided in
2 parts and acces to each bit from the other is tricky. Rooms were
clean and well furnished, we had a mountain view, servive in ski rental

Location was the best possible for ski in Borovets. We had half board,
and we considered the dinner good and with enough options (the drinks
were not included, but the price was fair).
The hotel is good in general, as expected for a 4 star hotel. We had parking place, even the parking area was crowded.
Prices for extra services (drinks, minibar) were fair.

Everything was lovely! The apartment was spacious for 3 of us. It was
close to the main road and about 5 minutes walk to the piste. We stayed
at the Clover Apartment. Very comfortable to come back to after a hard
day on the piste! Wifi wasn't working the first day, but it was
quickly resolved.

There are many untruths in the reviews submitted by the previous guests
(E.G. lack of hair dryer, no slippers, no space for disposal of the ski
equipment, payable sauna and steam bath, unpleasant staff, poor food,

I loved the size of the room we had acres of space ! It was warm the bed
was comfortable. We were facing the ski slopes to early to ski as out of
season . Staff helpful attentive . Enjoyed our stay would stay again if

The hotel is located in pine mountain, with excellent view from the room. It is very modern equipped, and very clean. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Also the spa centar is very nice. -
