We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up. I could not fault this place. Staff went out of their way to make our
stay there the best it could be. Not only did they allow us to check-in
to our room at 5am (normal check-in is at 2pm) but they helped book our
transfers, provided extra in their welcome pack (beers, wine,
biscuits..), brought our food orders from the pub to our room and
allowed

Adam and Christian were very friendly and extremely supportive. The price was excellent, my room was comfy and clean, the gym and pool facilities were a very welcoming touch, breakfast was 'spot-on' and the location was great. I recommend this for any young professional looking for a great skiing holiday at an affordable price.

I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). We were in the apartment for 3 person. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff.
The design of the rooms is very modern.
We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.
We had a problem with the terrace door it didn't close properly so the first day was a bit cold, but a
