I could not fault this place. Staff went out of their way to make our
stay there the best it could be. Not only did they allow us to check-in
to our room at 5am (normal check-in is at 2pm) but they helped book our
transfers, provided extra in their welcome pack (beers, wine,
biscuits..), brought our food orders from the pub to our room and
allowed

Adam and Christian were very friendly and extremely supportive. The price was excellent, my room was comfy and clean, the gym and pool facilities were a very welcoming touch, breakfast was 'spot-on' and the location was great. I recommend this for any young professional looking for a great skiing holiday at an affordable price.

The location is perfect! one minute walk from the gondola (right across the Kempinski hotel).
Staff spoke english and was very nice.
Hotel and room was new and clean, excellent condition!
The breakfast was very nice and tasty, nothing too fancy and not so much to choose from but the stuff that was there was quite good. -

Very charming during the summer time, there are only a few other guests around. Nice lobby and free fitness/table tennis in the summer.

Everyone at the Hotel was extremely friendly and very helpful. They drew maps of the area and suggested good places to eat and drink and hire equipment. We were offered lifts to the gondola by the owner of the Hotel and they even upgraded our room during our stay. I will definately be going back again and recommend staying here to anyone. - The ho
