  I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff. The design of the rooms is very modern. We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.   Excellent facilities, quite a good location. - The spa facilities at this hotel are excellent. The indoor pool is huge. Bansko in summer is very quiet but you can visit the Pirin National Park for superb scenery and walks. Front desk staff very helpful. Overall very good value for money.

  Breakfast was more than standard, and also the ala cart restaurant was pretty good. Stanislava, the receptionist, was excellent and very professional giving a lot of information and help, speaking excellent English. Spa facilities are very good and most of them free, and ski bus is offered in many routes. The driver picked us up from the ski facil... wat mensen zeggen » ities, at 13.00 even if there wasn't a programmed route at that time. Thumbs up! Location is very good, near shops and ski pistes. For sure is a value - Spa facilities, value for money, dinner for 8euros which is very good. Breakfast is very good and enough and cheap drinks are offered to the lobby. Restaurant at the hotel is also quite decent. Ski bus is available and Stanislava at the reception couldn't be more professional and helpful.
