Everything was excellent, the staff, hotel facilities, location, the apartment etc.
In the evening the road to the hotel is without lights!

The placemark on the map is wrong as it is the placemark for Predela 1 and not Predela 2 which is on another building block farther away from the Gondola Lifts and definitely not 400 m as stated in the description (more like 700 m if not more) . If we were to walk to the Gondola Lift that would be a problem. This should be corrected in the description of the hotel. The breakfast is also a bit poor

Great value for money and even more. People are very carrying, great pool/spa facilities, again for this amount of money. The door keeper of the hotel drove us across town at late hours for very cheap prices.
The access roads to the hotels are awful and unlighted during the night. There are practically no roads and it could be a little scary to go to the hotel from the town center during the late hours. Breakfast's lousy. The distance from the gondola is only 600 meters but in an ascent which makes it hard after a full day of skiing.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very kind, the spa area was very clean, the pool was perfect-big and clean,the water was warm. All the facilities was working.in exellent condition and free of charge for hotel guests. The rooms were great, big, well furnished, equipped with almost everything you need. The hotel is brand new, has a free parking place,at a very good location. I would recommend it 100% to everyone who wants to experience a perfect holiday trip in Bansko.
Pools, saunas, gym, the employees were nice and receptive to requests, room was big, bed comfortable, the place was next to ski-slope, the pool water was ok both for chloride and temperature.
Road to building is like after a bombardment (even if only 50 meters). No hair dryer in room, only on demand. Smell of cigarettes and an ashtray in the room even if it said "no smoking". No place to dry dishes after washing. A broom or mop would be good. Also a self- standing or wall clothes hanger.
We rented an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one living, one kitchen, for 4 nights, in february 2013. On the top floor. Perfect. - place for fun: the living room - lift - after ski : jacuzzi, piscina, sauna - on the basement: ski locker, with key. - equipped kitchen: electric oven, fridge, washing machine for laundry, glasses, plates..... - heat in the bedrooms Cross the main road, put your skis and skies to gondola. It takes 3 min. Here you can leave your car free, in front of the apartment.
Few; Not so serious : - in every morning water sounds from the shower neighboring apartment. - the road from the main street to the building: mud, snow. - bring from home slippers and bathrobe - no microwaves
This is a great place and excellent value for money. Our apartment was spacious and light with well equipped kitchen that come handy as we did not feel like eating out. SPA facilities are excellent, large swimming pool and relaxing Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. I particularly liked the lobby with the roaring fire place really welcoming and cosy. Staff was very professional and always keen to help us. I also found the location very convenient, only about 1o minutes’ walk to the ski lift and even shorter to the ski run. The area is very quiet with direct mountain views from our windows which we woke up to in the morning.
The SPA area got busy at one time but nothing much to be worried about. It is really difficult to fault this hotel.

-Pool too cold ( water did not measure 32 degrees as it was mentioned by hotel).only in the last day the water was ok- -jakuzzy was too hot.One could boil eggs in it and it did not function properly
The staff was very helpful and friendly with us (I had an issue with my credit card that it was solved in few minutes), the studio has a very useful and complete kitchen, the terrace has a great view to the mountain, the Wi-Fi worked good and we had a safe free parking space in front of the hotel.
The studio is not so big as we expected from other trips to different hotels in Bansko, on the main street there is no sign for Predela2 (this apart hotel is located behind the Mountain View hotel and both have the same very friendly and professional manager).
Overall, the accommodation was excellent. Breakfast and spa were very good, heating in premises was excellent. It was very clean and well maintained property. People working/running this accommodation were absolutely friendly and forthcoming.
The bed hasn't been much comfortable and the water in jacuzzi tub wasn't that clean sometimes, due to being highly popular and much used in spa center.

The hotel is very close to the gondola station, so no need to use the shuttle service or car. No problems with parking cars. The rooms have everything you need for cooking. Clean swimming pool and sauna, which work most of the day.
Very close to the ski lift (just 6-7 minutes walk distance if use short cut threw the park). Very good view from the balcony, big and clean rooms.
This hotel is Excellent and I would give it full 10 marks. Unlike other places we stayed in, with this hotel you get what you see on the pictures and description. We stayed in a studio apartment which was specious, with modern furniture, clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel are also very good and importantly they were clean. We thoroughly enjoyed using the pool, Jacuzzi and steam room. The service is also first–rate and we found the staff extremely helpful. I fully recommended this hotel.

first the fact that the furniture is "ikea" and second the large room with the price combination
the promblem with cleanliness is still there, i mean dirty glass windows, i saw everywhere fingers marks on the door, on kitchen cabinets etc
i like the "ikea" style furniture! i also like that the heating work properly!
i didnt like that we had to pay upon arrival, the hotel is not easy to find and you access it through a dirt road, toilet seat was dirty!its really pity for the hotel that the cleaness was poor!
