the staff is super efficient and friendly. morning breakfast at the sky bar has the best team of waitressing i have ever seen. bed, sheets and pillows are great. bathroom always very clean.

The really big space of the apartments, the balcony with nice views, the quiet, the full breakfast with nearby everything and last but not least the friendly staff of this special place in the heart of Sao Paulo. On my future visits I will stay again in this hotel, my favourite hotel in Sao Paulo!

If you prefer not to walk, there are a bunch of buses rightoutisde hotel that will take you to Avenida Paulista and beyond (E.G.,university area).So, the location is fine. - It was a big disappointment - I had expected a clean, confortable, friendly hotel and found nothing of that. At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.
