  The staff were very helpful with our questions. If one was not strong in speaking English, he or she would find someone who could help. The staff we saw in any of the areas were always efficient.   Enjoyed our stay and will be coming back personally and with groups / teams from the US. This trip there were three of us in Manaus for Minsitry and Business. Food was very good and the staff very helpful. - staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful facilities were barebones but clean
