  We were upgraded on arrival to a sea view room which was absolutely fabulous. The room was ultra comfortable and the bathroom very large. The hotel had the luxurious feel you would expect from this standard with nice furniture and carpets in public areas. The staff were polite and welcoming but a little bit disorganised in the restaurant. The locat - The pool and sea view from the balcony on the 7th floor suite in the annex. Nice staff. Size of the suite. Good breakfast and excellent feijoada for Saturday lunch. Relaxed atmosphere. Historic, charming hotel with an awesome location at the Copacabana Beach.

  We went to check in and there had been an issue with the booking as the hotel was overbooked. The staff were excellent and very professional and actually moved us to another one of their hotel - the Windsor Leme - right on the beach. They took care of everything really quickly and efficiently. Priscilla, Juliana and Dyego were always helpful and... wat mensen zeggen » had great suggestions for places to eat, tours, and even a laundromat. We really enjoyed our stay. - The rooms were very small, basic but had everything I need. It was clean. The saff were helpfull and kind all time. The hotel is near copacbana beach and very close to public transportation including metro. The breakfast was very good and delicious. This is a 4 star hotel. Do not expect luxry. I recommend this hotel anyone who has limited budget but looks for the best possible options and values

We rented a douple room, it was very clean und the space was okay. 8Min. To walk you can take a metro, where you can go to ipanema and copacabana in 10min..   I found the staff to be approachable and helpful. The ocean view room was terrific - great view of Copacabana Beach. Plus, we allowed a late check out because our flight home left in the evening.   The location is convenient - near to the beaches, supermarkets, money exchangers, and a metro stop. The area feels safe. The staff speaks good English and are helpful if you approach them. The lockers in the room are big enough to contain a small sized luggage (you will be given a key to lock so don't have to bring your own lock) - We really like kitchen/domestic ladies, they are very friendly, happy and they work very hard. Overall staff is great. Ehostel is very clean and modern, safe area. Make sure you bring your own padlock (they charge 15) Nice/short walk to the beach, many shops and restaurants around. You can book organised trips through ehostel and airport shuttle as well. Play station, laptop, iron, kitchen facilities can be used by guests.

  Excellent location - right across from beach (hotel had its own tent for guests) and flea market; good service in restaurant/room service; free internet - Very well located towards Ipanema end of Copacabana.
