At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.

  The apartment was very large and comfortable. It also had a nice kitchen to use. The location is in the heart of Jardins, which makes shopping easy. Plus, all the restaurants are within walking distance or at most a 5 minute cab ride away. They also have self-service laundry facilities available to use. I liked that there was a tv in the living room and in the bedroom - very nice touch. It was also a very comfortable bed, which is also not common for Sao Paulo flat services. Luxuriou - The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They arranged everything from airport transfer to recommending which restaurants to try. Much appreciated. Lovely location with adequate facilities and close to many restaurants and shopping.

I had requested a room with a modern toilet, they gave us one with a balcony which was almost a mini-garden! - The bed was fabulous, big and comfortable.   The confort, cleaness and the big size of the room. The bathroom was small but comfortable as well. The breakfast was superb and served till 11am. The staff was kind and solicitous.
