  This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable. All staff from the bell boys to the management were excellent. They are a credit to your hotel group. - The staff were excellent. Room for 3 people, my husband, myself and our grown son had an entirely separate room with bath for our son (unlike some triple rooms that just include a cot in the room). Breakfast is very good and included in the rate, laundry is same day as standard and the best wrapping I've ever seen in an hotel. Gym is good and they have a nice pool.
