  Everything! The hotel had arranged for airport pick-up although I had to phone them from Rio. Got there fairly late but due to the hotel booking service moving their office to Rio, the hotel had no booking for us. Anyway, because of the hassle, the reception manager upgraded us from a Luxury room to a super deluxe room with an outlook to the Fal - Fabulous is the word that best describes this location ! It's worth splashing this kind of money even if one can't usually afford it, since this is the best hotel experience ever! Hearing the cataratas from one's room, watching various huge and colourful reptiles take in the sun from one's window, great & plentiful toiletries,hardwood floors which are a treat to the soles of one's feet, room decoration like in the movies,breakfast from heaven with sparkling wine,smoked salmon and whatever o
