  Everything was fine: location is very central, maybe 1 km from the Palace and also near to other sights. I was living alone in the room for 4 people with toilet and shower. Breakfast was normal for such dormitory - I wouldn't say poor, but the variety wasn't big. Btw, I would suggest taking the train to the Gare de Liège-Palais instead of walking ... wat mensen zeggen » from the central station (Liège-Guillemins) . - The staff are genuine, friendly and helpful. The location is within 10 mins walk from the centre and it was truely value for money.
