  Katja, the owner, was extremely welcoming and friendly. She offered us a cup of tea as soon as we arrived! The family room was large, spacious and comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. We loved the peaceful rural location, but enjoyed being so close to Ypres and the WW1 sites. The breakfast was magnificent - and our teenage childre... wat mensen zeggen » n were most impressed to find apple flan and bars of chocolate on the menu alongside the healthier options! - Katya was an excellent hostess and went out of her way to be friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, warm and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and had some lovely special touches. We would highly recommend a stay here if you were visiting Ypres or the surrounding area.
