  The very friendly and helpful service. I had once walked in, off the street, needing a taxi to the arport. The manager asked me to wait, then arranged for their own hotel driver to take me, at no charge!   The swim-up pool bar and pool party were great fun with a range of reasonably-priced cocktails and great music. The breakfast was very nice indeed. The room was cleaned thoroughly and the bed was very comfortable. The TV/dvd combo were easy to control in the lounge area, unlike some other hotels I tried in the same area. The return taxi service ... wat mensen zeggen » driven by the friendly Hanif to Seef Mall was cheaper and much more comfortable than local taxis at 5BD each way. - Booked a standard room for 45 dinar per night but received an upgrade to a small one bedroom appartment on the 11th floor. Very spacious and clean, large windows with a view over the bay. Very quiet, good bed. No mini bar, but there is a refrigirator and there is a convenient store at 10 minutes walking from the hotel. there you can also find some restaurants and fast food chains.

The Ladies Spa was outstanding complete with indoor pool, steam, dry sauna, jacuzzi, facials, pedicures, massages, lockers, change areas, aromatherapy and more. Room Service was efficient a - Both my wife and I enjoyed using the spa facilities at the hotel.   Personally, I liked the location of the hotel in the city of "Busaiteen" which is a quiet and nice place . The rooms are big, spacious and clean. There are no bars or prostitutions in the hotel or in the areas beside. The food is good to some extents. In general, this hotel is the best choice for families to stay in Bahrain. Usually places like this would not actually provide fully equiped chitcken that you can use for cooking, but this one did! The staff were great even though they seem to be a bit lost (but to be fair the hotel just opened few days ago). The pool was good. The parking was available in the basement but you have to navigate to find the elevators.

  Self catering hotel that is clean and family friendly place to stay. Location was perfect for supermarket and restaurants. Staff were awesome and very helpful. Rooms cleaned and bed linen changed every day. We were upgraded from 2 to 3 bedrooms for the same price of what we booked online. Our stay was great.
