  It was a uniq experince, the designe of the hotel reflects the life in Austria countryside and it is comfortable and nice to stay (the room we reserved is junior suite with 2 balcony it was big advantage for nice and fresh air. They are extremly nice and helpfull, they will do anything for you - The owners and caretaker are very helpful. They gave us very good advice on local attractions. Hospitable family environment, beautiful and clean room. Rich and very tasty breakfast.The entire staff is very friendly to children. Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card with a lot of discounts and free attractions was included for free. Very nice and cozy wellness and pool with counter.Thanks to the excellent accommodation, we increased the enjoyment of the holiday. We would be back soon.

  Location and very helpful and friendly staff. The summer tourist cards were great. The four of us went up the Kitzsteinhorn lift at no cost to us. And also the other big lift that takes you up into the mountains directly above Zell am See. Nice selection at the breakfast buffet. If you ever go have dinner at the 100yr. Old Stierwirt Gasthof.   This was the perfect accommodation for our family. Great location, Beautiful spacious appartment, spotlessly clean, very good kitchen facilities, private infra-red sauna in our own bathroom, right next door to a fantastic leisure complex with state of the art facilities, including diving boards water slide and sauna/spa facilities. Owner picked us... wat mensen zeggen » up from airport and took great care of us throughout our stay. I would highly reccommend this Hotel - The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Fitted out with top quality, highest spec kit. Everything was pristene, there was everything you could need supplied (minus food and drink). The apartment was a great size - plenty of room to socialise together with the group. Brilliant big balcony to extend the space - nice to use in warmer weather.

The room, more like a stuido apartment is equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. The terrace has priceless views, that no 5star Hotel in zell am see City can beat. 100% will go back and recommend everyone to stay there.

  Made very welcome by the hosts, excellent room clean and well appointed. Breakfasts were first class and information about the area was readily available much of it given to us when we arrived.   The hotel and staff were outstanding. We had problems reaching the hotel (zell am see) due to the damage done by floods in austria. But the hotel owner Ms. Elizabeth, guided us perfectly. Since we were travelling with an infant, they took special care at all times. We had a lovely room with stunning views. My family loved it. And i will recommend this hotel for honeymooners - This is a very good quality hotel in an excellent location right next to the piste, CityXpress gondala and ski hire yet only 2 minutes walk to the town centre and lakeside. The food was excellent and the level of service throughout the hotel was friendly and very efficient. Our double room had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains beyond and was well appointed with a mini bar, safe and a seating area (sofa and chair). This is an outstanding hotel in every respect.
