  I stayed here in May 2013 and I loved this Hotel, exactly the type of accommodation I look for on a City Trip. Comfortable, traditional, and in an absolutely fantastic location! Literally step out of your door and your are right in the centre and within 5 or 10mins (walk) of all the main attractions and there is plenty to see and do on the way. De... wat mensen zeggen » spite its central location it wasn't noisy either. All the staff were very helpful and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vienna. Th - there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.

  This Appartment was Excellent and in the the Center of Vienna. The only little downfall was the bin lorrys early in the mornings loading their garbish around 6,30am in the morning. Apart from that no complaints what so ever . - Location was right in the center of the city. Subway stop is within a few feet of the apartment.   Location + cleanliness. This hotel is really nice. It is near everything in downtown Vienna. You can make practically everything on foot. Otherwise, the U-Bahn station is just 2 minutes away. Plenty of shops around the hotel, since it is just next to Graben. You have plenty of choice: luxury, fashionable prêt-à-porter, and average global brands. Th - large room is comfortable, 2 chair, 2 table and1 sofa is perfect, clean, silent, in the middle of the center, its close to shuttle from airport and its very close to underground, breakfeast is very nice and the same place going to be changed a famous restaurant at dinner time, you can see pictures in the enterance. there is a Turkish man works many years at the hotel, in the loby you can use free internet and print, reception staff is very friendly, I feel nice at this hotel.   I really liked the apartment. First of all, holder of the apartment- Vivien, was very helpful. She answered to all questions about apartment and also helped with finding the apartment in Vienna (wrote the detailed description how to get from Airport to apartment). We were welcomed by a student- Anna- who was very helpful and friendly plus- answere... wat mensen zeggen » d to all questions about sightseeing spots, map, metro etc. Apartment is really - ridiculously - close to the centre. Even more- it was at the middle - Fantastic central location near Stephansplatz, at a quiet street with little traffic. Close to cafés, restaurants and a supermarket. Apartment fully equipped with everything we needed for our 5 night stay, even including a dishwasher and microwave oven. This was so much better than just a hotel room. We recommend this to 100% for anyone, who wants a comfortable stay in central Vienna.
