The staff were very friendly. We requested for an early check in time which they made it happen. They took care of the taxi rental reservation on the way back to the airport the next day. They even tried to put us as far form the pub as possible. There is a bistro down stairs so food was no problem. The next door pharmacy, grocery store is a plus.
We stayed at the Sands because it was close to the airport. It was lovely to be able to stroll down to the beach and watch the surfers before getting our flight.alle beoordelingen »

Nothing to do with the hotel but taxi service in the area was very poor. We went to a wedding reception at a local golf club. Rang for a taxi at 10.20pm and were still waiting at 11.30 when a kind staff member drove us home.

Attitude of staff - most were unfriendly -except for a very friendly and courteous chamber maid -she was very welcoming and courteous !.
