Forgot to come in and mention that the toilet in our apartment (I think we were in 82) had a bit of a leak and the taps were too hard for the kids aged 6 & 9 to turn on in the bathroom and kitchen, a little bit of a pain having to turn them on for them all the time but no biggy!! I found the receptionist on arrival very negative and did not explain the credit card imprint until I asked the question. Gave me map but didn't explain very clearly..took 5 minutes outside in cold weather to orientate myself as it was dark too. On the other hand the receptionist I had in the morning on check-out was very helpful and positive.

This was Me & my husbands first night away since our baby was born, (he is now 1yrs old) and the stay was exactly what we needed. Everything was there, it was child friendly and very roomy. Loved it and will defiantly come back. We have recommended it to Mr & Mrs Castlemain and they are staying this weekend. -

I really like the design of the hotel, with the indoor pool and the spa being in the centre. Its quite unique and different. The restaurant was lovely and affordable.
Also the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and polite.
I would definitely return to atrium hotel if i got the chance. It is lovely and you get your moneys worth.

We have been going to Abbey for about 20 yrs. love convenience of having everything on site. We were thinking the units were looking tired and for a resort could never work out why beds were standard doubles. However for the first time we had an upgrade and were delighted. We have been very loyal to Abbey and again love the location and service has been over all these years and staff changes, very good.

We were late arrivals and our air conditioning had been turned on for us, vouchers for free Wi-Fi were on the table and a welcome pack for us to read. problem with cleanliness. This time not a problem very good I come to
Rydges when I do an expo. This time unfortunately I become unwell and
had to cancel after 2 nights, and Rydges was very accommodating so it
took away the stress. So thankful as we had a bit of a holiday planed

from letsbookhotel.com. When we arrived at Rydges only one room booked - they
did not apologise - blamed letsbookhotel.com for not giving the correct
information. After a time another room was found for our friends but it
was no where near our room
