Generally: lovely and clean. Overall just what you want to walk into. Kids gasped and went 'woooh'! Loved the design of the executive Queen with 2 rooms: gave me a break from the kids and they loved having their own room! Furnishing and fittings were really nice. This was Me & my husbands first night away since our baby was born, (he is now 1yrs old) and the stay was exactly what we needed. Everything was there, it was child friendly and very roomy. After much stress getting to the hotel through peak hour Friday traffic we were very pleasantly surprised. Not only with the staff member that couldn't do enough for me. The location was fantastic for a couple of geriatric wannabe teenagers. From there one could walk around the river basin, catch a ferry, bus or train. King's Park is a short stroll away, and all forms of shopping are relatively close by. The pool is adequate, and the front counter staff are friendly and helpful. -

Overall was really happy with the room - comfortable big bed, great shower and all the basic amenities I needed. Only a ten minute walk to the main shopping district but also a free bus directly out the door. I would definitely recommend getting a room with a balcony - it was perfect getting the warm sunshine coming through in the morning. -

It's situated right in city centre, very convenient to shop and get access to any food you want.
Staffs are friendly and helpful, sometimes they even offer candies n chocolates to guest while waiting at lobby and my kids love it. The room is decent and comfortable though it looked old. Breakfast spread is the same everyday but its decent and tasty, nothing to complain about.

Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. We receivedexcellent customer service delivered in a friendly manner. - The gentlemen who recieved us was just excellent and wellcoming.

The unit was well appointed. Initially we stayed there as it also
included Foxtel however we were moved to a more suitable wheelchair
friendly accommodation not on the main complex and this didn't
include Foxtel. However this didn't interfere with our stay at all.
The amenities were much more than we hoped for and we would stay there

We booked executive one bedroom apartment. Pleasant villa like accomodation with good facilities including parking right outside door. Great access to the beach and clifftop walk as well as a hotel and small complex of cafes, winebar. Very comfortable. Excellent value for money and some nice touches.

great concept that luxury hotels should embrace. The rooms are
comfortable with everything you need, the staff are accommodating,
polite and a credit to the management of this long standing hotel.
