Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was well appointed.
We stayed in the same room for two nights and then eight nights separated by a 12 day Kimberley camping Safari. Our excess luggage was stored for us by Broome Time Lodge. Handy breakfast packs and meal packs available from Reception. Handy bus stop outside the front entrance. -

After one night at the motel we upgraded and moved into onte of the apartments with oceanview. Fantastic balcony in the sunset and a luxury apartment.

We were very pleasantly surprised. The villas were clean, comfortable, well-equipped and private. We enjoyed the games and outdoor cooking facilities, as well as the superb local walks and beaches. The staff were very hospitable and helpful, and the general tone of the Resort was warm and genial. -

It's situated right in city centre, very convenient to shop and get access to any food you want.
Staffs are friendly and helpful, sometimes they even offer candies n chocolates to guest while waiting at lobby and my kids love it. The room is decent and comfortable though it looked old. Breakfast spread is the same everyday but its decent and tasty, nothing to complain about.

I have stayed at Goodearth a few times, I like the close proximity to the city-walking distance also buses outside if needed. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.The rooms are well maintained. I love the meals "food to go" that can be purchased in the motel that can be either delivered to your room, or eaten in the lounge area.

Loved the upgrade - thankyou so much! The room was everything and more than we were expecting. Right from the moment we walked up to reception until check out, everything was first class. The grounds are so well kept, easy access to the beautiful Cable Beach, the pool area, spa facilities. You couldn't go wrong with staying here -

I booked to stay at the Esplanade Hotel as a surprise for my partners birthday, we could not have been happier with everything, in particular the staff at the reception desk as well as the concierge were extremely polite and helpful. Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels. We receivedexcellent customer service delivered in a friendly manner. - The gentlemen who recieved us was just excellent and wellcoming.

The unit was well appointed. Initially we stayed there as it also
included Foxtel however we were moved to a more suitable wheelchair
friendly accommodation not on the main complex and this didn't
include Foxtel. However this didn't interfere with our stay at all.
The amenities were much more than we hoped for and we would stay there

We booked executive one bedroom apartment. Pleasant villa like accomodation with good facilities including parking right outside door. Great access to the beach and clifftop walk as well as a hotel and small complex of cafes, winebar. Very comfortable. Excellent value for money and some nice touches.

I love that the adult pool is separate from the main pool. It is such a
great concept that luxury hotels should embrace. The rooms are
comfortable with everything you need, the staff are accommodating,
polite and a credit to the management of this long standing hotel.

You kindly ungraded us from an executive room to I think a Junior Suite. Timing was wonderful as I was up for day surgery which turned out to be a bit brutal. The space and amenities were greatly appreciated. Your staff were courteous and friendly at all times.
