  Great value for money, really friendly staff. Great pool with excellent waterslide to keep the kids amused. Good shallow pool for toddlers. Nice deep sink in room for washing baby bottles, no need to wash them in the bathroom. Nice outside space on the ground floor - recommend ground floor rooms. - It was the perfect place to stay after a 3 days/... wat mensen zeggen » 2 nights cruise through the Whitsundays. The staff was super friendly with us and the facilities were delightful. We really rested while staying here and we would definitely return to the resort if traveling to North Queensland.

Fabulous decor, wonderful attentive staff, 24 hour service, great location so close to excellent shops and restaurant and relaxing roof top pool. Value for money.

  Booked off peak season a budget room and upon arrival found that I had been upgraded free of charge to a plush self catering apartment. Very comfortable, very pleasant staff etc and ended up extending my stay from one week to just short of three! Very impressed by the professionalism of the staff and yet the friendly manner that made the place fee... wat mensen zeggen » l like home! On the strength of my personal experience would strongly recommend the hotel to anyone i met and infact on the strength of that already t - These apartments are spotlessly clean. Just at the end of a long main street, great for browsing and two minute walk to esplanade with restaurants cafes etc. Pool is adequate size and the barbecue area at the top would be great for larger groups. Our room had lovely decor, very spacious bathroom with lots of room to put things. There were two arm chairs near the window plus a good size balcony with table and four chairs so you could sit in or out and still have the view over estuary.

  Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. The girls were so nice and helpful. It was my fiancees birthday. Thank you outrigger your the b - I liked the fact that you noticed it was my birthday on my comments when booking my stay. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check- in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

Loads of eating places in the area and a short walk over the road and you are on the beach. Great for early morning walks and swims. The Chateau also boasts a good size pool and spa. The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.

  The resort and beach was amazing. It was the nicest place on our trip (out of Cairns, Port Douglas and Fitzroy). It was a very relaxing stay with delicious cocktails by the pool and pub meals at the ocean side bar. You could snorkely straight from the shore to see coral and little fish which was great. The coral wasn't as good as other places... wat mensen zeggen » but was still very nice and very safe and convenient. I would also recommend doing the scuba dive from the shore. The resort offered a free 10 minut - Weather was nice and that always helps!! Great hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. Fantastic location. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment, the room with the "apartment" had a view of the sea, was bright and lovely. Luckily we were in the "apartment" and not the darker room!!!!!!!!

  Excellent hotel and staff. It is actually a hidden Gem in Noosa. The manager Tony was extremely friendly and helpful. I was with my 19 yrs old son where we were visiting Noosa from Jordan. The room was clean, comfortable with modern amenities. The view to the river is a million dollar one, they need to upgrade their web site to show off the magnif... wat mensen zeggen » icent views. Will definitely come back to the same hotel for a longer stay. Thank you Tony for a pleasant stay - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a prime location perfect if you are looking to go to the beach, wander around the shops or choose from the many restaurants in Hastings Street.   Our room was neat, clean and nicely furbished. The location was perfect to the beach which was peaceful, clean and flagged. The Staff were helpful and friendly ( Espically Jack, who was professional, friendly and exceptionally helpful, a true asset to your business - he deserves a raise).
