Great value for money, really friendly staff. Great pool with excellent waterslide to keep the kids amused. Good shallow pool for toddlers. Nice deep sink in room for washing baby bottles, no need to wash them in the bathroom. Nice outside space on the ground floor - recommend ground floor rooms. -

We had a wedding reception to attend at The Deck. the availability was just great for us. Also the wedding was held at Lugarna Beach, but it had Hidden Valley Beach on the Invitation & your staff were excellent in finding were it was for us.

It's basically a nice place. Staff are friendly, though I had no issues to deal with to see how they managed them. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was adequate.
It's also only about 200-250 yards to the beach strip. An easy walk. Also in a quiet location. -

Absolutely amazing place to stay, with great staff and superb accommodation.
I arrived from my flight at about 5am, 9 hours before check in. This wasnt a problem, was shown straight to the guest lounge and was able to get some sleep and a shower and wait in comfort.

from which to choose.There are plenty of options for ordering meals but
they are brought in as I dont think there was a restaurant available to
guests. Buffet breakfast is available on site. Red rooster is nearby and
a shopping centre within close walking distance.Security staff
constantly patrol the site. The room was very good value for money and
we would stay again.

The room was fantastic and the people were very friendly. The dinner and service at the restaurant was well above what was expected, absolutely beautiful. The spa on the roof was checked and turned on every morning and they even check and clean the BBQ for you. We will definitely be going back. -

All the staff were fantastic, from the concierge and receptionist to the bar and restaurant staff. They were friendly, approachable, helpful & enthusiastic.
The resort was very clean and pretty with lovely gardens and ponds throughout.
The pool was the perfect temperature. Plenty of sun loungers and day beds. Swim up pool bar was a bonus.

requested a room away from the noise and was given one by the management
which was good. Good cooking facilities and utensils as we did eat in
for breakfast which suited us otherwise we would have to eat out 3-meal

Excellent room with kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea! We were on the 13th floor so had amazing views of the coast! Very clean and comfortable and a great price for the room / location! All of it, the views, the rooms were spacious and inviting. The area it is in is fabulously close to everything, We literally parked for the whole week. I feel mean only marking the staff GOOD but I literally did not need them or see them other than entering and leaving the resort. They were friendly without being intrusive. Just lovely.

From being picked up and transported to the barge until our return the staff at Kingfisher were helpful, friendly and very efficient. The resort was built into the natural environment and the wildlife (except the dingos) was welcomed.
