  Right from the start when I spoke to Noelene on the phone I knew we would be happy with our accommodation. In the last week before our booking, I need to adjust the booking as we had two more children to cater for. The response from T.V. (Noelene) was most helpful. We were delighted with all aspects of T.V. we were comfortable...everything was ... wat mensen zeggen » spotless...the children enjoyed the pool and we were a hop skip and jump from Toowong Shopping Centre. I would recommend T.V to my friends and will - The rooms were clean and a good size, the location handy for shops/restaurants and transport (trains and river-cat). There was a generous amount of laundry and dishwasher detergent provided which is rare! The beds comfortable, the linen good quality with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We had a lovely view of the Brisbane city skyline from our balcony. The location is quiet and perfect for families. I'd go again.

  Everything about the Port Douglas Motel was excellent! The location was excellent, it was immaculately clean and the staff were exceptional. One of the best hotel/motel experiences I've had. Not to mention that the price was unbeatable! I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay there. - Loved this place! They say more than just a motel ... wat mensen zeggen » and how true! Wonderful beds,clean and great staff! Couldn't believe the bad review and think it was some kind of sour grape! We didn't need a car it is so close to everything. Big thank you Port Douglas Motel!   Close to everything. The best pool ever with sandy lagoon and sitting tables around. Very refreshing after the long hot day... Breakfast was good, in addition to traditional choices (cold and hot) included some unconventional dishes tailored to Asian tourists. Staff was helpful and efficient.   The place as a whole was awesome our room was more then what we expected . The location was perfect for us . Check in and out was easy the manager was lovely. We will go back again and also recommend it to family and friends coming to visit us as we only live at yorkeys knob about ten min away.
