  We had a spa room because we had our 6mth old baby so the kitchenette with microwave & bath was a necessity. Our room had lots of space for our little one to zoom around in his walker & was at the far end so nice & quiet. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome.   We were two young female backpackers and it was an experience we will never forget....We liked the staff (pretty sure seeing them all dressed like girls was probably why haha)...when we first arrived they offered us free goon....mmmm...played some games ;p had a night out on the town :) they showed us where to get pizza...great atmosphere... And o... wat mensen zeggen » ur own bathroom :d woot woot!!!! Umm and yea it's just very friendly! - Customer service was superb. Soraya at reception was especially helpful and went out of her way to keep family in one room after I changed booking at the last minute. Awesome location, next to central railway and monorail.

Even though the dog is cleaner than many humans and totally well-behaved, the motels that accept animals are usually dumps! Not the case with Jesmond! The most important thing is that the place is a Pet-friendly accommodation and this is a big bonus for travellers who do not know what to do with their dogs while they are away. I loved the place and I am going back there soon.

  The view from our studio apartment was amazing. We could see the mountains and the chairlift. The studio apartment was very comfortable and well appointed. It was really relaxing. It was like we were in our own nest. It was very quiet. Not many people around.   We love staying here short walk to beach great accommodation at every budget level. We brought our daughter with us this time after she had major spinal surgery and was in a body cast. The park was very easy to get around in with her and she had a loverly change whilst trying to recoup after the op.   I was amazed at how easy it was to find, just literally off the freeway, yet there didnt seem to be noise from overnight traffic. The facilities were very clean and comfortable with some extra touches that made you feel welcomed. Staff were superb- nothing was too much trouble- would definitely stay again and recommend to friends - It was pretty ... wat mensen zeggen » good for what we needed: an overnight stay in a trip from Melbourne to Sydney (it is roughly half-way). We didn't want to stay in Albury or Wagga Wagga, so Holbrook was the next choice, and we were quite happy with it. The service was excellent.
