  Having been to Sydney several times staying at different hotels each time (4 or 5 stars),we always break up our stays with two hotels for variety. The Intercontinental on Circular Quay had the most professional,helpful and friendliest staff of all the hotels we've stayed at in Sydney. We managed to get the room at a reasonable rate and took advantage of this. The - loved the location perfect for access to see the Opera Carmen at Mrs Macquaire :Point. Loved being able to walk through Royal Botanical Gardens (had a picnic) and easy acces to shopping with the free green bus just up the road. Our view from 2218 was excellent - we were really thrilled. Big thanks to the Conceirges who made our requests for massages and restaurants easy. Great service from front desk check in and out, umbrellas on the rainy days and help with suitcases. Just the best experi

  Location is magnificent, the hotel is beautiful and very luxurious - I only wish we could have stayed more than one night to enjoy more of the facilities (we were in the area for a wedding) Your staff were very helpful with maps and things to see in the area the following day.
