  Het hotel lag op een redelijke goede locatie in de stad, qua openbaarvervoer. Het personeel in het hotel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. - Good location, good price, nice and quiet. - despite the exterior of the hotel (that was not really gorgeous, to be honest), rooms and communal areas are very nice (and new!!)

  We were two young female backpackers and it was an experience we will never forget....We liked the staff (pretty sure seeing them all dressed like girls was probably why haha)...when we first arrived they offered us free goon....mmmm...played some games ;p had a night out on the town :) they showed us where to get pizza...great atmosphere... And o... wat mensen zeggen » ur own bathroom :d woot woot!!!! Umm and yea it's just very friendly! - Customer service was superb. Soraya at reception was especially helpful and went out of her way to keep family in one room after I changed booking at the last minute. Awesome location, next to central railway and monorail.

  We had a double room with private bathroom and it was very clean and comfortable, as if it had been recently renovated. The private parking space was also an added value. Although it was very cold, the heating worked very well and internet was fast. - Very friendly check-in and local knowledge of the staff. Comfy bed and loads of storage in locke... wat mensen zeggen » rs, very hot showers too. Kitchen was well equipped and kept clean and advised by the staff when it was unavailable for cleaning. Certainly recommend it!

  The communal area was huge with free wifi and good sized kitchen, really nice roof terrace but would be even better if wifi was available up there, but then I suppose it would be packed every day! The staff were always friendly and happy to help with any concerns or questions. About a half hour walk to Circular Quay/Opera House. Harbour Bridge but is a great walk through Hyde Park, past Westfield and through the Botanical Gardens. Clean, great communal area. Fantastic stay

  staff were excellent from time i rang before even leaving my house they were more than accommodating and made the ruby for my daughter and i very enjoyable. very clean and friendly atmosphere with great facilities would defiantly stay again and highly recommend to others. - Wonderful, accommodating, kind owners. Excellent position to town, beach,... wat mensen zeggen » shops, cafes/restaurants, bus routes to other towns. Travelling alone I feel very safe here. Clean bedrooms, kitchen, communal areas.
