Clean rooms and great facilities in the rooms. Provided Great information to guests in rooms. Reception staff very friendly and highly recommended. Big plus to to gentlemen whom checked us in very rare to find good, friendly helpful service. Will defenitely book with you again and will recommend to family and friends

  I liked that the Metropole is in the middle of town and is close to the railway station for those without a car. I liked the historic building with its lovely old, but well maintained structures, including the walkway from the back carpark to reception. It is a delight walking through the area with its ferns, goldfish, etc. - Location was great... wat mensen zeggen » great. Close to all site seeing and also cheap great food and shops. Hotel was old school setting as well as modern which was great. I will be staying again later this year and will recommend this hotel to everyone going to the blue mountains.

  The host was very friendly and helpful. i love the heated mattress (especially when we arrived on a rainy day). The bed are very comfortable. Katerine the host also prepare the breakfast and give an open option. It is worth every penny to stay here! - We loved the personal touch at Glenella, Erin was lovely and cooked us a great breakfast. Very good location for visiting Govetts Leap and the other sights in the Blue Mountains. Just across the street we found a great restaurant called Vesta. Really recommend it , if you are serious about food !

  The cabins were well kept and quite modern. The resort backed onto the beach, so it was great to be able to have a 2 minute walk, and your right there.   The facilities/BBQ areas were well located, clean and easy to use. The camp kitchen was great for our gathering. The river view was wonderful and the staff were friendly. - Lovely location, very spacious and clean, self contained room overlooking the river. Sorry we were there for only one night.

  This place was fantastic. We will stay there again. It is always difficult travelling interstate with a dog! Even though the dog is cleaner than many humans and totally well-behaved, the motels that accept animals are usually dumps! Not the case with Jesmond! The most important thing is that the place is a Pet-friendly accommodation and this is a big bonus for travellers who do not know what to do with their dogs while they are away. I loved the place and I am going back there soon.

  Very spacious and comfortable. I stayed to recover from surgery, and I could not fault it at all. I felt just as if not more comfortable than if I had stayed in my own house. So close to the city yet such such a quite location. Free parking was fantastic. They provided moccona coffee which was also a nice surprise.   The location was handy as we didn't have to go into town. It was quiet and the staff were friendly. The TV was great, had a really big screen! - The staff was very open and helpful with our late arrival. The room clean and well equipped, place nice and quiet.

  Very close to the beach (I could just about see the ocean from my window!). The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room I had was quite small but comfortable. There are cooking and clothes washing facilities and also wifi.   We booked the chalet and were very happy as this accommodation suited our group of seven. We found it comfortable with our very own open fireplace. We will be back again next year. We went to dinner on Saturday night and everyone in our group was happy very happy with what they ordered. The Manager was very friendly and was always trying to look after us. - The staff gave us a very warm welcome and the room was really lovely and newly decorated. The building was old and a little bit worn in places but amazing value for money and an excellent breakfast!   From the moment we arrived we felt at home, Lea explained what the facilities at Pioneer Sands were and made us very welcome. The room was wonderful, spotless, and very well set out. Our balcony was very cosy and we enjoyed a lovely view. The location was just perfect, and in minutes in any direction we were where we wanted to be. Pioneer Sands will be my first choice from now on. - It was very modern and spacious, with a good little kitchen for the time I spent there. I was able to make pancakes for me and my boyfriend without any problems. Having a DVD player was great, so we didn't have to bother with a laptop to watch movies on. I also liked how it was quite eco-friendly, and we were able to refuse room service so that we didn't waste time or water on having the sheets washed unnecessarily.
