  The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Didn't hear any external noise from our room. - the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money.   We have enjoyed our 3 nights saty in Waldorf Apartrments hotel in Parramatta. The location was vey suitable for us and the acco,mmodation was moder, very spacious,clean with godd front desk attitude.   The fact that the hotel staff warmed the room for us knowing that we will be arriving late hence we would not be cold after we arrive. The room has everything that a family with young kids need. The jacuzzi/ spa was large enough for my 2 kids to dip in. Each cabin has an attractive bushland outlook. It is very central for vineyards and other Hunter Valley attractions.

  Byron Cove Beach house was welcoming and small. Provided a quiet oasis with extremely clean and well equipped rooms. Easy walk to the beach. The walk to the town was a bit long, but easily done if you're wearing comfortable shoes. Breakfast each morning was lovely. Front desk staff was Excellent. They were very helpful and knowledgeable as was our first time there! Hotel is clean, bed is very very comfortable and had plenty of hot water! (That was from other post we read before we got there!) Hotel in an excellent location in the cbd. It's not a luxury hotel but it would be a hotel I would choose again.
