  Absolutely loved it!! The place was gorgeous. There was no reception you needed to check in or check out at, they gave you the code to your room once you booked and you could go straight in. Once we arrived they dropped a loaf of fresh bread at our doorstep to go with the eggs, bacon and tomato for us to cook or breakfast on the barbecue the next ... wat mensen zeggen » morning. Loved the heated spa and they provided us with sticks to light our own little fire outside. Everything was perfect would definitely stay ther - We were able to walk to our concert venue but the rest of the time we enjoyed staying in and lazing about. Great ambience for doing just that. Casa La Vina is also very well located for touring wineries etc

  I loved everything about the Bower!! The cabin is beautiful, great design and very welcoming. I loved the glass doors and windows leading out to the decking. I loved the decking area, we spotted plenty of wildlife and the sound of the birds made for a very peaceful atmosphere.   Spacious rooms, a very warm welcome and a beautiful pool and spa. We were welcomed with a glass of complimentary bubbly and when we got back to the hotel at night, we found a night cap with some chocolate waiting on us in our room.   As an Events Manager I had traveled from nz to organised a ladies night out for a friends birthday at the Sheraton Sydney. As soon as we walked in the doors we were treated like princesses and the service continued till we were spoilt rotten. I was raised up with lavished hotels so I have high and fussy expectations. The bathroom bat - We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream. Robbie wh - I recently stayed at the Carrington with a sibling. Our grandparents had honeymooned there in the 1920s. The olde world charm, sense of history and beautiful architectural features are so impressive. Scrabble in the Billiard room, reading in the Library, hot chocolate in the Main Lounge in front of an open fire. The magnificent leadlight windows and original paintings only enhance the hotel's unique beauty. I personally would never stay anywhere else while in Katoomba. The huge buffet breakfast

  we liked the off the street parking and very central to the shops and clubs. also we both have bad backs and we were put on the ground floor for this reason, so we didn't have to lug cases up the stairs. thankyou - The welcome we got at reception got our stay off to a very pleasant relaxing start!
