  Lovely warm welcome. The Uki looked beautiful but as it was a cold night, arriving in the dark, we opted for a room in the house. It was lovely. Everything we needed and we could cook our own meals in the kitchen in the garden. The gardens were lovely and had great views - a little gem of a place and credit to the owners. Renate and Paul make you feel welcome the moment you cross the threshold, nothing is too much trouble and the breakfasts are amazing. The best parts for both of us were the tremendous views of Mt Warning and the sounds of the birds and wildlife at all times of the day. Comfortable rooms and surroundings.

  Relaxed approach to life, but nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. The upgrade to a cabin with ensuite proved a winner as well. The location is good for the soul because it's the kind of place where you can find it again.

  Excellent value for money. Our 2 bedroom apartment had a separate living area so we were able to put our bub and toddler to bed without the distraction of us wandering around or watching TV.
