I have visited Hunter Valley previously and have to say this Guesthouse is one of the top stays I have experienced. Beautiful decor with attention to details, Thistle Hill grounds are stunning, breakfast very tasty with great choice of food, and Carol's baked pears just delicious!! We will definitely come back later this year.

  Fantastic place to stay with such a gorgeous room. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we wanted to stay forever. The vases of flowers were exquisite in our room and in the communal dining room. We were greeted upon arrival with homemade cookies by the owner. The villas were immaculate as were the beautiful gardens. - Just an amazing relax... wat mensen zeggen » ing vibe. The villas are designed very nicely with lots of good energy and clean space. There is a kitchen with everything you need that is awesome for when you just want to stay in and cook. Had an amazing time.

However, the intimate and cozy feeling, plus the fine elegance of the deco all offer a nice and comfortable stay. Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel.   Newly renovated so rooms were modern, fresh, spotless. Nothing out of place and room are large. Service was great. We were down there for a Wedding so an early check-in was required. As the room was available they were happy to provide it 3 hours before normal check in time. The extra service reflected the room - faultless !! All the detail in the room makes a big difference between the five star hotels in the world and this room had a lot of detail, very comfortable bed, TV in the bath, ambient lighting that changed colour around the bed, very comprehensive room service menu, lovely selection of teas, sink next to the tea... wat mensen zeggen » /coffee making facilities. - loved the location, the self contained rooms were spotless and very spacious. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March. Thank you for a very ple - We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It's big and spacious and can accommodate 7 pple (3 double beds and a single bed). The apartment looks very brand new and clean. The toilets are very clean and one even has spa bathtub. All of us love the apartment and enjoyed our one night stay there. Lastly, it's very extremely value for money as it costs AUD 280 for 6 of us a night!
