  Set back from the street in a nice quiet location in a cul de sac so there was no passing traffic. We stayed in the Tuscan room which although it was the smallest was quite adequate. There was a couple of lounge areas where you could sit by the fire chatting during the evening, watch TV or curl up with a book. The proprietors Graeme and Marie-Lou... wat mensen zeggen » ise Corin were very nice, hospitable and informative especially with things to see and do. Breakfast prepared by Graeme (who is a cook) was very nice - Very welcomeing, friendly, it was like you were staying in someone's house. Our host Graeme was helpful and hospitable and cooks a yummy breakfast. We came in on cold night to a warm cosy room. There was also a fire in the lounge room if you wished to sit there. We found our room comfortaleble and stayed there with a glass of wine.The first 1st photos is of the room we stayed in, so I know them to be true.

  Spacious rooms, a very warm welcome and a beautiful pool and spa. We were welcomed with a glass of complimentary bubbly and when we got back to the hotel at night, we found a night cap with some chocolate waiting on us in our room. Ulladulla is beautifully situated, close to a beach and lighthouse which is a perfect whale lookout. The staff were very friendly and informative, and the atmosphere was nice. The room was perfect; the appearance and set up as well as the cleanliness. The room was ver spacious which was great when it is raining and you have kids. There are deer which were just a lovely touch for the kids. There is a heated pool and spa which were very well kept.   The setting was great, shame about the weather. The dinner in the dining room on Saturday evening was exceptional. The food and service was outstanding even with 3 large separate parties. - The setting, the area close to the open fire. The Buffet Breakfast. The cafe as a place to enjoy a coffee . I didn't have a car on this occasion, but it is worth mentioning that there is undercover off street parking. Our room (#15) had plenty of space for the three of us (couple and child) and was clean and well-maintained. We had a car, so u/ground parking was handy with easy access to our room.
