rooms were supplied with plenty of crockery etc, and were designed beautifully. We had 8 girls in 2 x 2 bedroom apartments and had a really fun weekend away.
There is also a hairdressers/beautician next door and a few of us had some lovely treatments. -

The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. When the lady checking us in realised we were in a group she immediately gave us rooms close to each other. The staff were so helpful, friendly and most attentive. Even a request for a snack at 1am after having attended a concert was no problem. The freshly prepared chicken and avocado triple sandwich with handcut chips and aoili was so good.

I had visitors from the UK and wanted to show them Sydney. They (and us) were blown away by the views of the harbour, bridge and opera house. Away from the noise of the city, but with the stop almost at the door, we were only a ferry ride from everywhere.
The apartments were clean and very comfortable and staff were very helpful. I have nothing negative to say about the place.
