  The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Didn't hear any external noise from our room. - the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; shower was excellent and the radio worked! A working radio is a rarity among hotels these days

  Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, ontbijt was goed, kamer top - The hotel was spotless in an excellent location of Sydney. The area was safe & friendly. The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. We have since travelled to a new hotel in Melbourne & really... wat mensen zeggen » notice the difference in their assistance compared to the Grace Hotel. The hotel had been recommended to us & it surpassed all expectations. - The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling Harbour, OperaHouse,buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! A very pleasant stay!10 Out of 10!

Excellent value for money, and terrific staff (couldn't be friendlier or more helpful).   We stayed at the Holiday Inn because we needed somewhere close to the airport as we had an early flight in the morning. On our our arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member, I think her name was Sarah who assisted us with all of our needs. We had a room on the first floor which was modern, clean and comfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to eat o - Having heard some negative reports about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find it particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room quiet, comfortable, and relaxing after a long flight. Both the evening bar meal and the buffet breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. I would consider using this hotel again, when travelling through, or to, Sydney.

Overall staying in this neighbourhood is a colourful suburban / urban experience. They were really accommodating and efficient, couldn't fault the service at all. The guy on reception when we arrived was particularly helpful and pleasant. Also really handy for the train station and during the day there were some pretty cool little cafes around.

Perfect place for us to stay while visiting family in the area; good breakfast - Love the clean and comfortably appointed room. Better than many city hotels I've stayed in.   Though I was in and out of the room frequently throughout the day, the cleaning staff managed to slip in and tidy without me catching them or having to leave. The room was always immaculate. Despite there being a band playing downstairs over the weekend I was not disturbed in the room by the sound.
