  rooms were supplied with plenty of crockery etc, and were designed beautifully. We had 8 girls in 2 x 2 bedroom apartments and had a really fun weekend away. There is also a hairdressers/beautician next door and a few of us had some lovely treatments. - Lay out of apartments was fantastic for traveling with 2 teenagers. Unfortunately we were stay... wat mensen zeggen » ing at The Beach to attend Bluesfest so didn't really get to enjoy all facilities as hardly there. Plan to fix this by returning for a relaxing stay.

  The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Didn't hear any external noise from our room. - the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; shower was excellent and the radio worked! A working radio is a rarity among hotels these days

  Loved the size of the apartment and comfort factor. Closeness to the beach and restaurants was a plus. We were given an upgrade to a better apartment for the same rate. Would definitely consider a return visit for a longer period. - Lovely comfy beds!!! Staff are most welcoming and very helpful and friendly.   In the two room apartment we had, the rooms were very spacious, friendly with comfortable beds.There were TVs in both bedrooms as well as a huge TV in the living room. The bathroom was very large and included a spa bath which was well utilised by our family. The kitchen facilities had all necessary appliances including a microwave. A ve - Although I was only passing through Albury and had a shor stay, the staff were very attentive and friendly. Parking was easily available and free. The room was large, clean and well presented. The location was ideal for my travels through Albury and the standard of accommodation for the price was excellent. I also enjoyed my evening meal, which was delicious as was the wine. 10 out of 10 to the staff on duty.

  Staff were very friendly, was a bit worried as had read a lot of negative feedback. Would recommend the place to anyone. The only criticism that I wouold have is that there is no frypan in the kitchens which meant you had to go out for breakfast each day - only one saucepan but thats a minor thing that can be easily fixed - Very close to the tr... wat mensen zeggen » ain station and not very noisy at all - loved the tiled floors as was lovely to come back to after a full on day to take shoes off to a cool tiled floor! Staff were very helpful on the number of queries that we had, and loved that it was so close to the shopping centre.

We enjoyed the clean environment and the ability to walk to any shops without having to use transport. We loved the warm pool and the various services offered (pool service, breakfast, clean towels). The staff were professional (could be a little more friendly).
