  Je krijgt wat je er van mag verwachten. Locatie! Net uit de drukte maar dicht bij uitgaansgebied, ferry's en winkels. - Room was fit for a queen. Gym had good equipment Staff was very kind and helpful Toiletries were top notch. Room had a wonderful scent upon arrival. A very romantic and lovely hotel. The location food and ambience are stunning reminiscent of an English gentlemans club

  Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, ontbijt was goed, kamer top - The hotel was spotless in an excellent location of Sydney. The area was safe & friendly. The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. We have since travelled to a new hotel in Melbourne & really... wat mensen zeggen » notice the difference in their assistance compared to the Grace Hotel. The hotel had been recommended to us & it surpassed all expectations. - The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling Harbour, OperaHouse,buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! A very pleasant stay!10 Out of 10!

  Great location and view of Darling Harbour and Paddy's City Market. Although it is some distance to the Rocks and the Opera House, it is walkable and can see a lot of things on the way. Queen Victoria Building is right around the corner. The train station to Bundi is just across the street. Very friendly and helpful staff.   Staff were exceedingly helpful, and the hotel is in a great location. Easy to get around the city, and plenty of good attractions nearby. Excellent value for money, and terrific staff (couldn't be friendlier or more helpful).   Locatie kan niet beter voor stedentrip en/of zakelijk in binnenstad. Dichtbij metro. Behulpzaam personeel - The staff were very friendly but not in that it's my job kind of friendly. The location was central to everything. It was also close to public transport if we wanted to go further than a walking distance. A map given to us at the front desk... wat mensen zeggen » was very helpful. Check in staff marked where we were on the map. Made it easier for planning our shopping and tourist attractions. Well done Park Regis, after checking out of our first horrible hotel to find you was heavenly. It makes us want to come back t - Arrived from the usa to Australia and was allowed to check in early. Front desk staff was Excellent. They were very helpful and knowledgeable as was our first time there! Hotel is clean, bed is very very comfortable and had plenty of hot water! (That was from other post we read before we got there!) Hotel in an excellent location in the cbd. It's not a luxury hotel but it would be a hotel I would choose again.

  We were two young female backpackers and it was an experience we will never forget....We liked the staff (pretty sure seeing them all dressed like girls was probably why haha)...when we first arrived they offered us free goon....mmmm...played some games ;p had a night out on the town :) they showed us where to get pizza...great atmosphere... And o... wat mensen zeggen » ur own bathroom :d woot woot!!!! Umm and yea it's just very friendly! - Customer service was superb. Soraya at reception was especially helpful and went out of her way to keep family in one room after I changed booking at the last minute. Awesome location, next to central railway and monorail.
