  Goed verzorgd hotel met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ondanks melding bij de boeking dat internet betalend was, hadden we toch gratis toegang tot internet. - Ontbijt en ruimte vr. ontbijt. Ligging tegenover Victoria market.(niet te missen). Gratis shuttle van station naar hotels. Appartement 60m² gekregen ipv kamer.

  The location is great, very close to most of the shopping malls. The room is clean, with all necessary facilities. The hotel is surrounded by cafes and restaurants, some of them are quite famous, which is amazing for a foodie like me. The staff in the hotel are really nice and helpful. They also allow customers to leave luggage for hrs after check... wat mensen zeggen » out. - The staff were friendly and professional. The motel room was clean and a good size. The kitchen was small and compact and we were able to prepare and cook meals to save money. It was nice and quiet and the beds were firm but comfortable. We would have no hesitation in returning to that motel when we visit Melbourne again.

  -vriendelijk personeel - mooie schone en grote kamer - Amazingly convenient if arriving by train or on the bus from the Airport. Reception staff were very friendly, room was spacious with comfortable chairs and a low table as well as a desk and chair. Bathroom excellent. It was quiet overnight and I slept very well. Buffet breakfast of a high qua... wat mensen zeggen » lity. I was leaving mid-afternoon so made use of the available 'left luggage lockers' at the hotel, a real bonus. - I have stayed at Ibis many times and the staff are always wonderful both reception & room staff. I had a back injury this trip and when I checked in David on reception was at my room shortly after me with a bucket of ice for my back & would not accept a tip but wished me well in my recovery. These acts of kindness & excellent customer service are definitely remembered & appreciated.

  We were smack bang in the middle of the city so location was excellent. Easy walking distance to most things we were interested in visiting. I found the staff friendly and polite. My daughter visited us on this trip and we arrived back quite late one night to the Hotel and the staff were extremely accomodating in allowing her to stay the night wit... wat mensen zeggen » h us, which didnt end up happening in the end. Based on this alone I would defintely stay here again. Value for money a definite. Alice's was lovely w - This hotel suited us exactly it had all we needed for a short 3 day stay in Melbourne. Close to shops theatre, art centre Fedration Square and public transport. Bed was comforable, room clean and fresh, bathroom was new with good shower and loads of hot water. The cost of a three night stay was incredably inexpensive for its central city position. Not a luxury hotel if you want spa baths etc. but most definitely a good quality hotel for travellers who want a bit more than backpacker budget hot
