  The staff were extremely friendly right from reception to the woman who came to close up the hot tub and the gentleman in the cafe next door for breakfast (which was amazing and reasonably priced) the room was lovely for what we paid and the hot tub on a cool windy night was very welcoming great place to stay - The apartment was modern, spacious ... wat mensen zeggen » and spotlessly clean and in a brilliant location. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything we needed (and more!) was provided and we enjoyed the views from the two balconies. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic too.   We are a family of two younger children and two teenagers so quite hard to please but we all enjoyed our stay at the Ki-Ea Apartments. Very spacious and clean accommodation and balconies. Well equipped kitchen and parents area away from childrens which was nice. We only had contact with 1 staff member in our brief stay, but she was very helpful, as were staff I spoke to on the phone.

Great value for money with the kitchenette, everything was at your finger tips.   Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a large balcony looking over the beautiful landscaped gardens with 2 x swimming pools each with a toddler section, cubby house with a slide & wild water dragons and brush turkeys wandering the property. Absolutely stunning and great value for money, very happy. I had left a few items behind and the resort call... wat mensen zeggen » ed me straight away to notify me so I was able to turn back and get them, friendly professional staff. thank you. - I loved everything about this resort, its by far the best accommodating family holiday resorts i have ever stayed at.. i loved the rainforest feel knowing i was right across the road from the beach, i loved the wildlife animals, the outdoor bbq playground area, the 2 pools and the close off area for the kids pool which meant me and my partner were able to enjoy a swim without worrying about my kids in the little pool. I loved that its close to everything!

  The Shelly Beach was perfect. A lovely townhouse which was presented in a spotless condition with well appointed facilities. The washing machine and dryer was much appreciated. The children loved the pool. We stayed 3 nights but wished we had booked longer. - I liked it very much aspecially being close to Shelly beach loved it!! We loved their fuss free system for very late check ins, which helped greatly with our tiresome five hour drive from Sydney and another six on our way back from the Gold Coast.
