You feel like you are on holiday when you arrive here. The 3 bed apartment had a nice layout, comfy, clean/well maintained and properly equipped kitchen - we cooked dinner and breakfast. Attractive garden, pool and bbq's for the warmer weather. Flynn's beach across the road. Two cafes and a convenience store 50 meters along the road. Would stay again. Very spacious apartment. Very comfortable. Over the road, Flynn's beach was fantastic. Convenience store, pharmacy and a couple of restaurants next door. Good parking. 'Off the Hook' fish and chip shop in town great value for money and gave us their special offer even though out of date. It's that sort of town.

We run a cleaning business in sydneys west & approved of the cleanliness of unit except for attention to detail with cleaning light switches and windows..but only minor.. For the price I paid for the 3 bedroom apartment, I was quite pleasantly surprised at how well maintained and homey it was. The photos on the site do not do justice to the actual thing. Really close to the beach and a couple of cafes. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location was superb!very clean n spatious apartment,we wanted to extend our stay very last min and the manager was super nice n gave us a great price and we stayed on in the same apartment! Will defo be going back there next year!. Excellent location, very close to Flynn's Beach. Spacious rooms with great separate areas such as lounge room, dining room and large well-equipped kitchen. Next to shops and restaurants. Also a nice pool. very well fitted out and maintained. Handy to small shops, Dr, chemist and some eateries. Opposite Flynn's Beach - perfect location. Beaches Resort is just a fabulous place to stay, every thing was just what we wanted and super value for money. So look forward to our next stay there. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and would suit a family vacation. The bus stop was outside for trips into Port Macquarie if you didn't want to walk. We had apartment 8 which had two balconies. The pool area was very nice. The units were well equipped and very good for the price. A little out of town but we had a car so little problem. nothing!!. We had a small bub with us and our apartment was on 2nd floor so was a bit of a pain to carry the pram up n down,but I'm pretty sure if we'd put a request of a ground floor apartment when we Booked they'd be fine with that..it kept us fit thtroughout our holidays!;-). Nothing. to many stairs but have booked an apartment 3 bedroom in June long weekend on the ground floor. There was nothing that we didn't like. The airconditioner wasn't the best, but that is just nit picking. Lounges uncomfortable. Lack of info re WiFi. No mirrors in other 2 bedrooms and no fan in 3rd bedroom. Had to drive if heading into town, too far to walk with 3 small children. My husband walks with a cane and the apartment was on the second floor, with quite a few steps to climb. You should have the chance to ask for ground floor accommodation. We had to go home!!. hard to find as unassuming frontage to street. The only thing that I would complain about is the lack of a dishwasher. Needs soundproofing. We stayed in suit ONE. It was just above the carpark so we could hear the noise of the electronic gate. Nothing. The carpet felt wet for some reason. The hair dryer was shocking - old, short power cord, weak. The vacuum cleaner also left a lot to be desired, I think the batteries in it have reached the end of their life and could not be charged properly. Units a bit dated . It's a bit rough pay $1.50 for clean towels . Nothing I didn't like. The apartment was a bit noisy from transport early in the morning. We were originally given apartment 18's key in error and opened the apartment door to see the the apartment was already taken. No fans or air con in the bedrooms. Bit old and daggy and had to carry bags and kids up stairs. Room smelled of sewage. Beds were hard. Warning of $70 cleaning fee when staying in a hotel I thought was unreasonable if the dishes weren't washed. No dishwasher. Location.
