  Everything, the balcony room was excellent and the variety and standard of food was high class. To top it off when we were checking out Mark Ricciuto stopped and initiated a conversation with us asking how we enjoyed our stay and spoke with us about our trip for 5 or 10 minutes. That confirmed my opinion of him as a good bloke and topped the trip... wat mensen zeggen » off. we'll be back. - Excellent in all respects... First-rate meals in all 3 areas including very good value "specials" in the informal bar and restaurant... Consistently very pleasant young staff throughout... Without doubt the best hotel we have stayed in for a very long time. Congratulations in achieving such a high standard.

  Loved the spa bath, beautiful meals, being by the water, other friendly patrons, the lovely duty manager who has 4 children that assisted us when our swipe card wouldn't work.
