  Rooms were amazing, we stayed in the Heritage Suite, beautiful bathroom and free standing bathtub, had beautiful classical furniture but also the latest Tech - I.E. Apple tv, Foxtel hd etc Exceptional Bespoke Service - it was my girlfriends Bday and the hotel helped organise flowers, rose petals for the bathroom and candles. We used their valet and whilst we waited for our car they provided us complimentary drinks at the bar - Decor , very friendly obliging staff, quality of room . Location and atmosphere . Historic building beautifully restored . Excellent bar , restaurant and outdoor terrace .

  You kindly ungraded us from an executive room to I think a Junior Suite. Timing was wonderful as I was up for day surgery which turned out to be a bit brutal. The space and amenities were greatly appreciated.   Easy to find, easy to get parking unlike inner city hotels were its one way streets and double parking just to check in. Quiet, private, luxurious but not over the top where you may feel out of place. All the staff made us feel very important and that they genuinely cared. Loved our stay will come back again I am already trying to think of a good reason to get away again. The Richards - We liked the hotel it's was classy and comfortable, the staff were excellent.   Exceptional hotel in Perth. We stayed here on a Saturday night and booked the deluxe 1 bedroom apartment. First impression when you enter the room is WOW!!! The price for a Saturday night was very affordable compared to other places that I looked at and they could not compare to the luxury that was on offer here. The room was was amazing, we were on the 13th floor with amazing views of WACA and Queens gardens, the is spacious and set - It was fantastic, The room was amazing and the view was great too, they took my request of putting me onto a highfloor and i got the top floor wich was Perfect.The staff were friendly and were like ghosts they stayed out of your way but were there when you needed them, but they didnt go above and beyond i suppose. the layout was great of all floors and it really was a great hotel and ill definatley stay there again for special occasions, its definatley not a hotel to go to for no reason.
