It was walking distance from everything - we just parked the car and went on foot and had a great day/night out. the location, close to shops, entertainment, central to south coast attractions. very comfortable. Quiet; away from traffic noise enabling a good night sleep. Friendly staff. The Owneer was very friendly, and offered assistance. Bed was comfortable.

Clean. Close to main street. The new people have only been there for 4 weeks and I can see they are very nice people, especially Danny. Clean and Tidy. there was nothing we didn't like. nothing. Bedlamps did not work. Dripping tap in the shower. the shower floor is level with rest of bathroom floor and the water went all over the floor. n/a. We were tired and wanted room service for a night meal. We were told we would have to come down and order the meal. We were already in our pj's. This was disappointing so we had to get dressed and go out. Noisy fan and air conditioner. Nothing. Showers need attention ( taps not working properly ). Dog barking and poor food at restuarant which was overpriced for the quality. There was no toaster, hand towels or paper towels and there was no water jug in the fridge. There wasn't even a cloth to wipe up a little spilt cup of tea had to use toilet paper :(. would like to have bath tub included. The paper thin walls.Hearing everything that went on in the next few rooms. Late arrivals talking outside my door at 11.30pm. The same people having smokers cough at 6 am just outside my room the next morning. Cost,$92 When $46 night before.Taps leaked.No vent fan in bathroom/ toilet.Noisy hot water system outside room. No kitchen facilities. lack of space in the room. The bed was very old and actually had a dip in my wife's side. There was a leaking tap in the bathroom, and It's one of many jobs that I assume they will have to undertake. Paid $115.00 for the night and it was only just O.K. Smaller room than expecting. The facilities are poor.
