  I only needed a room for one night and it was as I expected for the price. It was convenient and comfortable without any big fuss. For the small number of hours I used the room it was exactly what I wanted. I could catch the tram outside the door and come back the same way which was great. It was clean, and the hotel is near the station, and very close to the famous Chapel Street (Restaurants/Shopping) Very good value for money, and the room was comfortable. They were extremely good in serving breakfast, which was another bonus, and the front desk team were very friendly and accommodating. I thought this hotel superb value. It is right beside South Yarra Metro station, which has very frequent service 6 minute to and from the central part of Melbourne.

  We arrived around 10.30am to find it was no trouble to leave our luggage until book in time. On arriving at 5.00pm our luggage had been taken up to our room.(10/10) At breakfast we were greeted with the smiling face the young Chef. The cleanliness of the exterior/interior is 1st class.
