  Location was ideal for our purposes. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. I should not comment on the facilities as both 1 night stays were just that and little time was spent there. - This hotel wa... wat mensen zeggen » s very comfortable and clean, good value for money we paid. As we were not there to spend time in the room just to have rest and sleep. Easy for the bus and the train. We went to the factory outlets, and into the centre of Melbourne With ease. Recommend for anyone that needs a stop over.

  I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham down. I detailed them in my feedback at the time. Free wifi a definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett. Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

  The restaurant was excellent. Service was also excellent. Staff helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and the aircon worked beautifully. I loved having a bathtub!! - The owners were lovely, sharing ideas for great and different places for us to visit during our stay. The rooms were cleaned and the towels changed daily.   We had an enjoyable time. Staff great - very helpful, nothing too much trouble, room- very roomy, good size, comfortable, very clean, great quiet location, stones throw from everything. Will not be staying in city from now on , will be staying at Crest on Barkly. Wish I had known about this place years ago ! Thankyou for making our stay an enjoyab... wat mensen zeggen » le one. - I have stayed at the Crest many, many times previously while studying at Swinburne University - a 5 minute drive from the Crest. Staff are always friendly and helpful, resturant meals.breakfast etc. very filling with a good variety and chef's will make to order. Very close to public transport including buses and Trams into the city and St. Kilda.

  Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Bed was also comfortable. Price ($154) was very reasonable. We arrived at Tullamarine from an overseas trip at 2.00 in the morning, but a short phone call was all we needed to organise a free shuttle bus ride to the hotel. - The staff is really nice. Specially thanks to Rick Yen who made nice arrangement for me.
