  Service was great and all the staff were very friendly. Apartment was very well appointed and quiet. King sized bed meant I could cancel the twins that were ordered for myself and my daughter - we are happy to share a large bed. Lifts were fast. Room was clean. Location was great. The food was very good and so was the serv - We loved Mantra on Russell. From the moment we checked in, the experience was great. Particular mention must be made of Mr Aaron Light at the front desk. He was very professional and extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and the housekeeping personnel were very good and efficient. We have stayed in several apartments in Melbourne during our previous trips there but this is by far the best! Will definitely stay there again!

  This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms were very clean and the Reception at the front desk was more than hospitable, very accomodating! I think the place might be haunted! So does 4 other guest that stayed with us. All having strange dreams that turned gory and feelings of being watched! It was weird! The other staff - My son goes to boarding school in Melbourne. This has become my second home when I visit Melbourne. Paul and Adrian are friendly and helpful at the reception desk. The train station is right next door. Excellent location for going to the city or shopping in Chapel Street or Praham.

  The luxurious experience of being in the Nolan apartment, 21 st floor in the sub penthouse with an amazing 180 degree view of the city and the docklands area was the highlight of this trip. A few days here and you wouldn't want to go back home!!

  Will be staying here again, fantastic location. We went to the football at Etihad Stadium on the Sunday and it was not even a 5 minute walk great when you have young children. Easy access to city centre with tram stop right outside apartment. We parked the car at the apartment Saturday and didn't need to use it the whole time we were there. The apartment was beautiful, lovely furniture and equipment and the most comfortable bed. The view was the best, the area very quiet, clean and peaceful. Lovely restaurants, fantastic coffees and a great 'pub' just a few metres away on the pier. The private taxi company recommended to us by ACD were fantastic, definitely use their services again. We would recommend ACD Apartments for a hassle free stay in Melbourne.
