  I loved every part of our stay, the location was excellent with so many options for meals the room was spotless & very comfortable & staff very helpful my daughter loved the pool & shopping in the many shops just a lift ride away. Will defiantly stay at the Crown Metrapol again. Thank you - We stayed in loft room, where my now fiance ... wat mensen zeggen » proposed very romantic. Staff did everything and made it a night to remember!!! flowers champane everything!! Awesome views of the city, very comfortable beds!!! Bar 28 had the best vibe, and by far worth the extra price for VIP access!!!

  Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. - Everything about our... wat mensen zeggen » short stay at The Langham Melbourne was as expected. Staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The cleanliness of the property was good. We booked for one night, but unfortunately I spent 8 hours at St Vincents Hospital. So we had time to unpack and then pack our belongings in the morning.

  We loved the location as we were able to catch a tram to the city and walk to South Yarra and Chapel Street. We were also surrounded by wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The staff at The Lyall were so friendly and we felt very welcomed. Room service was used and was high quality. The mini-bar was not a rip-off. Could not fault the Lyall and will be back.
